The Triad has a pleasing climate, not too hot, not too cold, I love it, that's why I am putting my money on the triad real estate market. I firmly believe that local jobs will pick up, the market will begin to adsorb the homes on the market, and home prices will begin to stabilize. Nice post Cathy, I agree.
