		<description>Spring is springing her in Knoxville, TN, and I couldn&#039;t love it more. Everything is a little easier to manage when it&#039;s not biting cold out (and not sweltering hot).

I&#039;ll be taking in as much of this wonderful weather while it lasts.</description>

		<description>Nice post Cathy, I agree.  The Triad has a pleasing climate, not too hot, not too cold, I love it, that&#039;s why I am putting my money on the triad real estate market.  I firmly believe that local jobs will pick up, the market will begin to adsorb the homes on the market, and home prices will begin to stabilize.</description>
