Now, everything I&#039;m reading says 12/1/2009. And I guess we have to go with that. But is seems an odd date to me. Why the first day of December and not the last? 

I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if that&#039;s a typo and all news results are pulling from the same mistake. But maybe not. It could be that (*gasp*) I&#039;m wrong. 

So, let&#039;s go with the PDF and say purchases between 1/1/2009 and 12/1/2009 are eligible.

Again, thanks for the catch and I&#039;ll edit the post appropriately. if it tuns out I&#039;m right about it being the 31st, I promise to be gracious.</description>
