For those who visit this site regularly, first let me thank you for doing so. It’s always nice to feel one’s input is meaningful to someone. Second, it’s been an obviously long time since I last posted.
In the current real estate environment it could be assumed that I had joined the ranks of so many Realtors who’ve found other ways to make a living. Or those who’ve just started drinking full time. But my absence has been more about a recurrence of breast cancer and the treatment for it. I was absurdly lucky in the way this recurrence was detected and will perhaps write about it in a more personal venue. Just let it be known that Fortune continues to show up in my life at just the right time. And if you want the name of a fantastic radiologist, I’ve got one.
As for real estate, can I tell you that it’s a sad state of affairs when a cancer ridden breast is healthier – and less depressing – than the housing market? But in this case, both are improving.
At any rate, I’m approaching full recovery and will be back to blabbing about Greensboro real estate, foreclosures, explanations of terms and all that good stuff. And now that the I’m out of meds, I might make sense.
