Here's your opportunity to hear about the ketogenic diet from two of the most respected and experienced experts on the topic. And, as important, it's an chance to meet other people who may be experiencing the same life changing aspects of the diet as you. Dr. Eric Westman and Jackie Eberstein will be speaking and sharing their decades of knowledge and experience.

I'll be sharing my perspective as a lay person who's life started changing on January 8th in 2014 when I started the following the simple protocol of keto.

the presentations will be at the Bur-Mill Meeting Center on Saturday, March 17th from 8AM - 2PM. (See agenda below) There may even be giveaways for keto treasures and tools! :)

We'll have the chance to get together for a wine/coffee social at Wine-styles on Friday the 16h from about to 6PM-8PM. There'll be live music!

After the program wraps on Saturday 2e can join each other for a late lunch/early dinner to continue the camaraderie. Perhaps the favorite Mexican Restaurant frequented by My Lovely Mate and me?

Those who remain in to Sunday might like to meet for a walk through one of our lovely parks, brunch, or both!

Lodging accommodations are plentiful with some that may be of particular interest being:

The structure is going to be flexible and relaxed with an emphasis on getting loads of useful information, making connections with like-minded people and meeting face to face some of the people we've come to think of as friends in the cyber world. But this will be the real world. Old school!

casey durango i'm casey of 'go keto with casey'. my resumé in regards to the science, research and clinical application of the ketogenic diet is short. As in non-existent. what i have to share is my personal experience of not only losing weight - 97,4 pounds since starting the diet - but the myriad other benefits of this powerful nutrition protocol. talking about keto has become my passion. as i've often said, all i want to do is drink wine and talk about keto. I've been married to my lovely mate for 37 years. we're the parents of three grown children (grown? they're nearly middle-aged!) and have 2 granddaughters.
