Why the Ketogenic Diet Can Be the New Normal

Here's a video on my opinion about a comment made on a recent radio program. The comment wasn't outrageous - or even out of bounds - based on popular attitudes about whether changing ones' diet can be sustained for the long haul. The thing is, the subject of the broadcast was about addressing the challenges of celiac disease, which is all about avoiding gluten in your diet. For life. And the person who made the comment to which I take exception has celiac disease, so avoids gluten entirely. That means cutting our wheat, barley, rye - anything with gluten. This is not at all unreasonable. But my interpretation of something she said near the end of the broadcast struck me as contradictory. Roll the tape....

Even people who make dietary changes to manage illness say avoiding carbs won't work when one returns to a 'normal' diet. Huh?? http://caseydurango.com Like my Facebook Page!: https://www.facebook.com/ketocasey/ The People's Pharmacy Podcast I reference: http://www.peoplespharmacy.com/2016/09/08/show-1049-do-you-need-a-gluten-free-diet/

I may be off base on my interpretation of the remark. Here's a link to the program. If so, please set me straight.
