Still trying to analyze how to make sure I'm not eating when I really don't need to. It's vexing! It's not about weight loss at this point. I'm happy with where I am. If I lose more, fantastic. If I don't, marvelous. But I've become fascinated with the idea that how merely reducing unnecessary food consumption could impact not only individuals' waistlines, health and happiness (not to mention grocery bills, dirty dishes and waste) but how multiplying that difference across populations could make a real difference in the world.
